Low profile console / dash provides that cool smooth low custom look compared to the factory console, Console fits factory tanks 5 and 6 gallon , requires drilling and fitting -may require s trimming when used on our extended tank shells, Consoles include bottom rubber trim edge. For a really clean look use the paint saver gas cap option with the console, use of the paint saver gas cap will allow the front part fo the console to be secured in place without the need of drilling holes or having bolt heads showing. The rear of the 5 gallon console will fasten the same as your existing console with a 1/4" bolt at the very back of the console under the seat tip, drilling of this hole is required. Mounting for the rear of the 6 gallon console will require reuse and installation of the factory mounting bracket. Our consoles are molded in full lenght, shorting of the console maybe required if your seat is the long tip style seat, Trimming can be done with a jig saw with a metal cutting blade.
